How a matchmaking event works?
This networking event presents an ideal platform to identify technology and business partners, through pre-arranged meetings. You simply need to register, present yourself, your company or organisation and your technology online and select interesting partners before the event. The earlier you submit your collaboration profile, the more visibility it will receive.
1. Registration | Until 25 June 2018
Register online and submit your own cooperation profile. Please do not forget to Register separately for the Matchmaking Event and the Hellenic Forum 2018 Congress.

2. Set up a profile & publish your cooperation wishes
Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will significantly generate more meetings. Please keep in mind that your profile will be live and visible even after the event.
Your Cooperation Profile on "Marketplace": You can state what kind of technology/ product/ expertise you are offering, what kind of cooperation you are looking for (incl. requested partnership, or/and project cooperation, or/and investment), and which ideas you would like to discuss with potential collaboration partners.
All cooperation profiles will be published online and will be for everyone to see. You can change your profile any time.
3. Request meetings | 25 June - 10 July 2018
Be active not reactive. Browse participants’ profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.
4. Build connections | 13 July 2018
About 1 - 2 days before the event you will receive an email with your detailed meeting schedule. You can also check your meeting agenda online, via the b2match app or at the information desk during the event.
